Dr. Drew DeLorenzo is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where his work as a NSF graduate research fellow combined genetic engineering, microbiology, and waste plant material to produce renewable fuels and chemicals for a more sustainable future. After dedicating several years to researching antibiotic alternatives, he now leads a team of professionals to manufacture novel drug products. He has a passion for science, environmental conservation, travel, and photography.
